Product Description

The 17 piece Elite Cuisine Personal Drink Mixer & Blender -BPA Free- is the perfect complement to your active lifestyle. Included are four spill proof 16 oz. cups that feature foam grips to ensure that you hang on to your beverage while you are on the move. You can also use the small grinder cup to shred cheese with ease, grind coffee beans, or dice vegetables to make fresh chunky salsas. How to use your blender Chopping and Blending: Ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet. Place the Base on a flat, level, stable surface. Fill the Small Cup or the Large Cup with the food that you wish to chop/blend. Screw the Flat Blade assembly or Cross Blade assembly clockwise onto the Small or Large Cup until secure. Turn the Chopper Cup Assembly upside down so that the Blade assembly is on the bottom. Attach the assembled Chopper by aligning the three tabs on the outside of the Small or Large Cup with the three notches on the top inner edge of the Base. Plug the product into a standard 120-volt AC electrical outlet. Each Cup Assembly has three small tabs which fit into three grooves on the top lip of the Base. Press down on the Cup Assembly firmly and turn it counter-clockwise to lock into place. Press and hold the Power Pulse switch to operate. To prevent product overheating, limit continuous operation to five seconds at a time. The Cup Assembly MUST be locked in order to operate. To stop processing, simply let go of the Power switch. Wait until the Blades stop completely before removing the Cup Assembly by turning it clock-wise to unlock it from the Base. Unplug the product from the electrical outlet when it is not in use or is left unattended. Using Drinking Cups: Ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet. Place the Base on a flat, level, stable surface. Add the ingredients that you wish to include in your drink into one of the Drinking Cups. If attached, remove the spill-proof lids before installing blade assembly. Screw the Cross Blade assembly onto the Drinking cup. Turn the Drinking cup so that the Blade assembly is on the bottom. Attach the assembled Drinking cup by aligning the 3 tabs on the sides of the Drinking cup with the 3 notches on the top inner edge of the Base. Plug the product into a standard 120-volt AC electrical outlet. Each Cup Assembly has 3 small tabs that fit into 3 grooves on the top lip of the Base. Press down on the Cup Assembly firmly and turn it counterclockwise to lock into place. Press and hold the Power switch to operate. To prevent product overheating, limit continuous operation to five seconds at a time. The Cup Assembly must be locked in order to operate. To stop processing, simply let go of the Power switch. Wait until the Blades stop completely before removing the Cup Assembly by turning it clock-wise to unlock it from the Base. Assemble Drinking cup and Blade assembly from the Base. Turn the Drinking cup so that the Blade assembly is on top. Unscrew the Blade assembly from the Drinking cup; screw one of the spill-proof lids onto the threads on the top of the Drinking cup. Unplug the product from the electrical outlet when it is not in use. Caution: The product is not intended for blending hot liquids. This product is not intended for blending frozen solid ingredients. It is recommended to chop ingredients into smaller portions before freezing, and then allow the ingredients to defrost slightly before mixing. Large frozen solid ingredients may damage the cups. Crushed Ice is recommended instead of solid ice cubes. For liquid ingredients, do not fill the containers to their maximum capacity. Overfilling the Cups could result in spillage, causing burns and/or property/product damage. A maximum of ¾ of the capacity is recommended. Please refer the User manual (Page# 4) for set up and usage related instructions. Refer Product Description on how to use the product. Make sure to install the rubber gasket to avoid leakage and loud voice related issues. To prevent product overheating, limit continuous operation to five seconds at a time. NOTE: The Cup Assembly MUST be locked in order to operate

My husband bought us one of these back in 2009 and I used it religiously almost daily for 6 years. Even now the original base is going strong, and I have 3 of the cups. But the cups wear out, and I lose a few of the lids. Just regular use and leaving lids in cars/gym etc. Dropped one cup on the floor too SO I bought another, and I'm just as happy!

This set just cannot be beat for the price. As much as I'd love a nutribullet etc I don't see the point when this MaxiMatic has more stuff for a much lower price. And honestly I think the cups/lids are better designed.

I use this at least 4x a week for post workout shakes. Sometimes just with protein powder, but most often with a banana, coconut water and frozen blueberries. It says not to use it with ice and it definitely does struggle with big frozen fruits (big strawberries) but smaller fruits like blueberries or chunks of fruit have been fine! I have also used it with crushed ice and it's fine too.

Another use I found for these is making my own salad dressings. The little cup is perfect for that! Oh and chopping nuts too! Great for adding chopped nuts to cereal etc. I will say I've only used the flat blade once in 6 years and not really sure what that's for? lol. The cross blade attachment works great for everything!

Honestly I've been using this brand since 2009 and never had a problem. I see from the reviews a few others have had issues but hands down this has been the best blender I've had. Definitely recommend. Plus PRIME shipping makes returns easy!

I need something new, more powerful, the one I have is brilliant, but it is very very old, and it does not crush berry seeds, which that can be very off-putting, and I may have decorated the kitchen with it a few times.....
I know, I know, the husband covering himself with an umbrella is a big clue, out with the old, in with the new, like a new years day.
So I got my Elite Gourmet EPB-1800, I love it, simple to use, very easy to clean, powerful and it crushes them seeds, I love that there is all them cups, the grey foam around the cups is really no biggy, I dunno why people are making a fuss over it in previous reviews, I imagine when I make something with ice in, them grey thingys will be good.
All in all, great value, it does what the expensive brands do. no complaints here.

This looked like a good deal, and if the blender unit itself was better quality, it would be. However, there are too many negatives and this morning it ended up in the trash. I have owned it for two months and used it almost daily. I've not been impressed with the loud volume of it, plus you have to continuously shake it around to keep it blending as it just pushes the most solid things way from the blades and they don't return (like ice or frozen fruit chunks). Not to mention you aren't supposed to use it by keeping the on button pressed, so it takes forever to blend in tiny bursts. Burst blend, shake, move around, burst blend, shake, move around, repeat. Ugh! It has now begun leaking some sort of a blackish grey greasy fluid out of the unit itself. Not going to take a chance on it catching on fire, so in the trash it went. I'll keep the cups because those are handy. Such a disappointing purchase.

 Perfect! I am from India and we love our spices, we get customized mixers and blenders to prepare our food in India. But I had a hard time finding one here. I got turned onto this specific unit from a friend who had gotten one through a health insurance "points plan". I'm struggling to get and keep on even the minimal weight due to a terrible relationship with food in general. Making nutritional, power shakes is a real big part of the plan in getting past this issue; getting and using this isn't a "fad" thing near so much as it is a medical requirement at this point.
The device's motor runs strong and well enough, but I'm pretty sure the button itself is rather sketchy. Mine died on the 3rd shake. It is marked 'PULSE' on the button, and I have to reckon I "pulsed" it too fast or too hard, no way to be sure. I'm not liking returning it, but right now that is the better option than a replacement; once other things resolve I'll likely get this same one again and just be more careful with it. My neuropathy makes it so that I have a real hard time discerning how hard or soft I am gripping/squeezing things, so I have to suspect that before anything else. It seems to be a perfectly effective unit; it just can't withstand me - that 'hard on equipment' thing. Especially when compared to more expensive units, this one is a good deal. The long-term useful lifespan may be in question, we'll just have to see.
