Craft Punch for Card Stock Crafting
I was making Christmas Ornaments using 4" glass ornaments with a 1" neck. Had the description said that it was for card stock crafting, I would not have bought it as I had to roll the paper to get through the 1" neck opening and then open the 3-1/2" paper circle up inside the 4" Christmas ornament. As you can see from the photo above, I took photo's of my grandchildren and cut the paper in 3-1/2 inch circles and then would glue the paper together so that you would see the front of the photo from both sides. It did not cut the paper w/o ripping it & that is when the owner told me I needed to use care stock. I would not have been able to roll the cardstock to fit through the 1" opening of the glass 4" Christmas Ornament.

I used this once and it was fine. The second time I used it, it would not cut through one sheet of paper. The paper would get stuck and it would not cut through one side. I am returning this. Please do not buy this. Now that I have looked at the reviews, I see many others have the same issue. It should not be sold on Amazon.

I have many of these cutters in different sizes and the cut great circles, very cleanly. This one however, not so much. It is fine with paper and thin-ish cardstock. But unlike the others, it won't cut through very thin adhesive backed felt or fabric. It cuts in 3 areas and the rest remains untouched. Even after sharpening with some aluminum foil, it remains the same. Granted, paper and cardstock is what it's made for, but since the other cutters managed my felt with ease, I had high hopes that this one would, too.
