After reading Joe's first book, I had to learn more about real estate remodeling. This book did not disappoint! The language is so clear and the examples so simple that I found myself skimming Zillow on my phone in between chapters. It really made me want to get out and get started flipping houses right away.

Joe makes it clear what his systems are and how they can benefit you, and he doesn't hold back a thing in explaining what you need to be to streamline and grow your flipping business. I'm fairly confident I could rush out and flip a home for a significant profit right now, no matter what the market's doing.

If you're looking to come out of COVID with a new, exciting career, this book will give you the motivation you need. It sure did for me.

I picked up this book on a whim, and I think it was my best purchase of 2021. This book was so informative and was written in a way that I can understand and appreciate. I feel like this book has given me a very solid foundation in the world of real estate.

The knowledge and kindness of this author seeps out of the book. This book really helped me to develop a plan of action to properly embark into the world of real estate. 10/ 10 book because it is informative, and as the same time it is a fun and enjoyable read.
