Chelsa graduated with her bachelor's of science in nutrition degree from Utah State University in 2008 then became licensed as a registered dietitian nutritionist in 2009.  After working in an outpatient setting, helping individuals to create customized nutrition plans, she went on to complete a dietetics master's of science degree from Arizona State University.  She is the mother to six children and married to her sweetheart Kirk.  She loves reading, decorating, hiking and playing games with her family.  One of her greatest passions in life is helping people find easy and guilt-free ways to feel healthier and happier.

I love this recipe book! There is so much valuable information in the front section and the recipes are delicious! I especially love the granola recipe.

I’ve loved everything I’ve tried in this book! It’s got lots of tips and explains many of the less common ingredients called for in some of the recipes and where to find them. It’s a great option if you’re looking for some creative, yummy, nutritious meals!

I LOVE the fact that it focuses on nutrition facts. As a mom with two toddlers, I want to make sure they are getting the nutrients they need and this cookbook gives it. Very tasty meals.

This is a beautiful book, great ideas on how to get the right nutrients into my family's diet! I've been in such a food rut, I'm working my way though the Time to Nourish recipes. So far they have been awesome.

I’ve made the mango protein Julius for my kids and they loved it! They keep asking me to make it and I love that it is low sugar and has protein to keep them full longer.
I made the pasta salad for dinner tonight and it only took 15 minutes and it tastes delicious! I have loved every recipe I’ve tried so far and I can’t wait to try more of them.
I like that I can see what nutrients these foods have in them.
