    Christopher M. Norris is a Chartered Physiotherapist (MCSP) who runs his own physiotherapy practice, Norris Health, in Cheshire, UK. He earned an MSc in exercise science from the University of Liverpool, UK, and a PhD on spinal rehabilitation from Staffordshire University, UK. He also holds postgraduate certification in occupational health, orthopaedic medicine, and medical education. He is a certified strength and conditioning coach and a qualified teacher of both yoga and Pilates.

    Born in Salisbury UK, Dr Chris Norris (1957 - ) is a physiotherapist and medical author. Norris is a popular lecturer teaching to hospital based physiotherapists in the UK and abroad, but still has time for a busy clinical caseload in his physiotherapy clinic in Northwest England. He holds a Masters degree in Exercise Science and a Doctorate in Spinal Rehabilitation. An active sportsman, Chris Norris is a black belt in the Japanese martial art Ju Jitsu and he lives near the Peak National park where he is often seen running with his black labrador dog, Max.
