I'm a big believer in Yoga - in terms of using it for health benefits. I've used Yoga to really calm my mind, stretch my body, and it has really in many ways relaxed and strengthened me.

So I decided to pick this book up.

"YOGA for Weight Loss, Muscle Toning, and Overall Fitness", the ebook really dives into Yoga, not only the what, but the how which is what I was interested in.

It talks about the different types of postures, yoga for adults and for children. And there are a lot of benefits that can indirectly impact you with your children when you share it with your children. :)

I liked the breathing techniques and the "how to" yoga with the pictures. I think any type of excercise book should have pictures, some don't but this one does, and that's great so I could follow along.

I was curious about yoga recently so I decided to find something that could explain it all to a beginner. I got this book and must say it really leaves nothing out. Although when I first read through the table of contents I though I bought the book in the wrong language!

It covers the different types of yoga, dieting with yoga, and breaks down the different techniques and what they will help your body accomplish.

It even talks about yoga for kids which my son love! ( He likes to imitate his Dad!) I really think this book will set me on the right path to get my body back in shape!

This was an okay book. Yoga is just really hard to learn following a Kindle book. I've got a few movies on learning Yoga that are much better. The Overall Fitness information was good. However, it seems to be common knowledge info.

I'm very interested in Yoga as way to improve my life. This book is a good introduction to yoga and its benefits. Besides postures it explains how Yoga helps to lose weight, how to start a yoga diet and how to use yoga to build muscle, which is why I bought this book. I have already tried a few postures and they're hard. Also, it includes advice for all members of the family, although I don't think I can get my family to join me in this.

It is a nice book, for not 100% good for beginners. It explains everything well and it describes all good postures in every division (sitting, standing, etc.). But it does not have a sequence for any beginners which I found in other books very useful.

This book is a good overall explanation of poses using both drawings and words. Nice to see breathing techniques. I can't speak to the listed benefits of each pose, but interesting to see them included.

This is a fun video and I take along on my travels! It's an easy and relaxing way to stay fit.

I love my yoga book very informational. Only thing I wish they would have done was do a flow picture of the moves instead if you follow the book you have to flip pages through each move to follow.
