Her efforts to say strictly professional with the steel grey-eyed hunk is futile as the chemistry between the both of them is undeniable and magnetic.
As a millennial woman it is hard to read this book and not fall in love with Kyle Benjamin or find yourself fitting into the expensive stilettos & life of Amelia Brooks. The narrative excites all the senses, your body will ache in anticipation, wanting to know more about the complicated but relatable relationship between Kyle and Amelia.
The narrative takes an unpredictable twist and the young millennial makes enemies in her efforts to branch out on her own; the drama unfolds in a world wind of lust, heart-throbbing sex, crime, secrets, lies, love and even murder. I would recommend this book to lovers of the aforementioned genres, the author definitely did not disappoint in igniting the senses and succeeded in taking you on the less than smooth journey into the lives of Kyle and Amelia.
