About the authors
I'm Aryn Tharp, Co-author to the cookbook Time to Nourish. This cookbook features recipes created to meet the top nutrient inadequacies in adults and children with easy to make, 30 minute (or less) meals or batch bake recipes that can be prepared for quick and easy meals later.
I am a professional recipe developer and I run the website www.flypeachpie.com; where I post a large variety of my original recipes that range from healthy to indulgent (and always delicious). I've been cooking and baking from a young age. I grew up with 8 siblings and my family life was centered around the kitchen which is where my love for food, creating and connecting with others through food began.
I'm a mom of four wonderful children who keep me busy and a wife to a loving ice cream obsessed husband. I also love to paint, hike, garden and swim.
Chelsa graduated with her bachelor’s of science in nutrition degree from Utah State University in 2008 then became licensed as a registered dietitian nutritionist in 2009. After working in an outpatient setting, helping individuals to create customized nutrition plans, she went on to complete a dietetics master’s of science degree from Arizona State University. She is the mother to six children and married to her sweetheart Kirk. She loves reading, decorating, hiking and playing games with her family. One of her greatest passions in life is helping people find easy and guilt-free ways to feel healthier and happier.

The meals are yummy and easy to make!
I made the pasta salad for dinner tonight and it only took 15 minutes and it tastes delicious! I have loved every recipe I’ve tried so far and I can’t wait to try more of them.
