When the pump is in brand-new status, it is designed to be a little firm and stuck in the original "locked" position.
We demonstrate some easy ways to pop up the pump by videos & pictures on our product detail page, or you can search more solutions online.
How to Pop Up A New Pump of the Dispenser Bottle?
- Wash and dry your hands to make sure they are clean and not greasy or slippery.
- Remove the pump from the bottle.
- Hold the pump shaft firmly, grab the shaft with your whole palm and rotate the pump top in anticlockwise direction.
- TIPS: wrap the pump shaft with gloves/cloth/towel before twisting can save your effort.
- To close & lock the bottle, simply press and twist the pump top in clockwise direction.
