I love the feel of the case and design. I added a magnetic pop socket to the back and it is kick @**.
Only complaint was installation, I had to use a butter knife on the last corner to pry it over my phone to get it to finally fit. Other than that, love it!!

Otterbox bought at Amazon falls to pieces - Wondering if it was counterfit
I purchased this case that was described by Amazon as an Otterbox Defender XT Series for my iPhone 14 Pro Max back in April of 2023. The last couple of months, the plastic at the borders of the case have begun to separate and then fall off. Then the electric charger cover fell off.I contacted Otterbox to avail myself of their lifetime warranty given this is a fairly new case for which I paid over $50 and when they asked me to describe it, they concluded it was not a Defender case but rather a Symmetry case which provides a lower level of protection. They were puzzled that it had some features of the Defender but being one piece, their conclusion is that it must be a Symmetry case as the Defender has three pieces.This is the second Otterbox I buy at Amazon that falls to pieces within a year or two. I will not buy my cases from Amazon again but directly from Otterbox.I have to give kudos to Otterbox because they are replacing my Symmetry case even though chances are they did not make it. They have the best customer service.Very disappointed that Amazon does not vet their vendors better.
