I’ve followed this Instagram page for about six months and not only is Kelsey the sweetest but she is SO creative when it comes to cooking! I was so excited for this that I ordered one for myself and one for my BFF. Two months in, and I’ve made half the recipes and they’ve all been incredible and also simple with not many ingredients! The photos are so gorgeous and I love the little notes and tips with each recipe. I now use this recipe book way more than my others and I CAN’T wait for the second one. I would give this six stars if I could!!

I thought it was fantastic, especially the sections on dinners and cocktails. I loved the first book so much that I decided to pick up this book in addition to the one I got for Christmas because her recipes are so simple, yet so good and easy to follow. Loved the concept of the book & the recipes included, but they really need to look into changing printers… I see others had a similar issue. I have 4 pages of another book printed in the beginning, upside down. I bought 2 as gifts, one came fine, the other came like that. Pretty disappointing.

I love TJs and love her content but I was disappointed in the cookbook. It is underwhelming and the recipes are very basic. If you don't cook often, this cookbook is for you! However, if you cook then I'd look elsewhere - especially for the price. A perfect example would be do you know how to make French toast without a recipe? If you do, don't buy this book as one of the recipes is French toast. If you don't know how to make it without looking up a recipe, this might be for you.
