Born in 1958 at Layal pur-now called Faisalabad-an industrial metropolis of Pakistan and accompanied with my parents I migrated to Khan pur Distt R.Y.Khan of Punjab province. I did
my graduation in Arts from Rahim yar Khan and then moved to Lahore where joined a Federally administered Bank namely IDBP. On doing my Masters in Economics I switched over to The Bank of Punjab in 1989 and retired from active service as an Executive from the Bank in 2018 .I have the honour of receiving Banking Diploma from Dr Yaqoob Governor State Bank of Pakistan in 1992 and then on qualifying JAIBP received the award from Governor State Bank in 2009 in Annual Convocation at Karachi. I have been associated with and contributed dozens of articles and write-ups to national English dailies including but not limited to Pakistan Times,Nation and Dawn.My first ever title Khalid bin Waleed:An outstanding General was published by Ferozsons Pvt ltd
Lahore in 1991. My second title " Baba Bulleh Shah:The Pearl of Punjab" and third title "Why it's Obligatory to Keep Beard" has been published by Createspace/Amazon.com. My another title a travelogue named Travel to Makkah an account of voyage to holy and coveted towns of Makkah and Madinah the heart and soul of Muslims was also published on Createspace of Amazon.com.My important title The Best of Faiz Ahmed Faiz :One hundred romantic and revolutionary odes rendered in English published by Createspace Amazon in January 2018.Short but comprehensive reviews of three noteable persons
namely Khalid Sharif poet ,publisher ,Dr Mukhtar Azmi Minhaj University and Syed Fida Hussain Bukhari professor Punjab university Lahore have been added on back flap.
