"COM. PLETE. LY. MOUTH. WATERING! *giggles* As you all know, I'm a sucker for a hot, domineering fictional man and Jack fits that to a T! His character was just so endearing and well developed and he just stole my heart right along with Syd's. This is an amazing love story, with great characters and some HOT sex." -living-fictitiously.blogspot.com
"Vi Keeland brings all my favorites to book one of this new series. There is lust, angst, sadness and heartbreak, mystery, sex and steam. This book delivers so much more than the synopsis let's on. I was scared it would be about a week-long affair that gives you an immediate HEA. But I was WRONG! This story starts with an affair but the true story runs so much deeper." - reviewenthusiast.blogspot.com

Jack and Syd are wonderful people. Or so I felt. I loved that Jack was strong, sexy, respectful, and bossy! Not bossy to the point where you are wondering what is wrong with the h. He has logical responses to almost everything and I like that he respected Syd all the while being completely inappropriate ;) Syd has just had her heart broken and takes her bff on her was "supposed-to-be" honeymoon. What a fun way to start the book. I loved her bff Si! So fun and quirky it makes you actually LOL at some of their banter. The angst in this book is real! Not far fetched scarred people who have been abused or demoralized. They both had/have real life issues that happen in everyday life! I a see how this story could be relatable to some readers. I have to say I am a sucker for a sexy hunk of man who seems to be wealthy, sexy and complete brute force. Did I mention SEXY? Gosh darn it think I have a new book boyfriend. >SIGH<
Since I can't seem to think of what I didn't like about this book I will go in on my favorite parts!
Holy hotness batman this book was steamy! I would classify this book as being erotic whereas some of the most recent adult romance books I've read portray erotic content that I could classify as young adult. I was happy to have a book with a wonderful plot that kept me just as interested as the sex scenes. Yes the sexy scenes are HOT! Wonderfully written however not overdone but still lengthy enough to have you fanning your face! I appreciated how Vi made Jack a H that can be realistically fantasized about. H/h in this book were awesome together and had wonderful chemistry!
There WAS one small twist in this book that I didn't really see coming (normally I can pin point them ahead of time) and I have to say I find the twist intriguing and can't wait to see how it all plays out!
Warning, there is a slight cliffhanger but not the kind that leaves you frantically pressing the page button on your kindle (although I tried - hey! no judgment here) The cliffhanger was just enough to be a tease to make me oh so thankful that the 2nd installment was already released. (annnnd this is where I slightly thank my inner book snobby-ness for overlooking this book so many times).
All in all I give a big round of applause for Vi Keeland for writing something that kept me interested all the way through. Not a boring or dragged out part in the book for me. I am happy to say that I have after reading just this one book by her added her to my must read list. I have already managed to purchase the 2nd installment "Made For You" and only didn't start it so I could get this review done ASAP! This is only the second book I have ever written a review for and I apologize if it has been scattered but I am too excited to start the 2nd!!!
Please don't be a book snob like I had been (by scrolling past multiple times) and make this purchase! You will not regret it! Wonderful story I will be recommending this as a must read to many!
DONT FORGET THIS BOOK IS HOTTT!
Did I mention the steam factor???
Walking out of her engagement, Sydney goes on her non-refundable honeymoon to Hawaii with her best gal friend. In Hawaii she meets Jack. Sydney wants to have a fling with no strings attached. Sydney and Jack create a deal where they are only allowed to ask ten personal questions about each other during the whole trip. So their stranger with benefits pact is formed.
Overall, Belong to You is a Feel-Good-Book. You want warm fuzzy feelings? You want a smile on your face? You want simple writing, nice dialogue and steam? Then, yes this book is for you.
I really enjoyed the beginning of the book. Sydney arrives in Hawaii and she immediately meets Jack. Jack is there for his friend’s bachelor party. There is insta-lust, which didn’t bother me, one bit. I also love the plot, the whole strangers / fling thing is just sexy and makes for a juicy read. The whole week they get to know each other this is where Jack’s personality really shines.
Yes, Jack is your alpha, rich, good looking successful male. He’s dominating, sexy and brooding. I loved it. He’s bossy, but in a good way, nothing too over the top, but enough to keep me entertained. I would describe Sydney the type of girl who kind of just goes with the flow with a slight guard to her heart.
Sydney did annoy me at times. I feel like she brushed a few things too much under the rug and the climatic ending was kind of non-existent. I am not sure if I wanted an over the top climatic ending, but the one I got was kind of meh and not really needed for the story and kind of didn’t make sense. Belong to You does mirror, some of the famous reads, like Bared to you and Fifty Shades, just the same feel, I wouldn’t say plot or anything else. This didn’t really hinder my experience though.
The ending was a nice close cliffy and I could be happy by not continuing with the series. I am not sure if I want to move forward because I have issues with the plot in the next book (just a personal taste, but I can’t say it without giving it away).
If you want a sexy, light read, then Belong to You is a good one.

When Sydney goes on what was supposed to be her honeymoon with her best friend Sienna, she's not expecting to meet anyone.
When Sydney first meets Jack, the connection is instant and the chemistry undeniable. At Sienna's urging, Sydney pursues a week-long fling with Jack while on their holiday. Let me tell you there are some HOT scenes!!
As emotions start to enter the equation, can the one-week fling can turn into something more? You need to go and read!
This does end in a cliffhanger,
A good read, maybe a tad bit rushed, but definitely worth a read. 4.5 stars :)
