I am intending to get the best possible contemporary information into the heads, hearts, and hands of people who may recognize value for them. My heart’s desire is to help readers succeed in today’s increasingly complicated, fast-paced world.

It is especially for Aspiring Entrepreneurs who are looking to live their highest and biggest dreams with great personal power, fulfillment, and an abundance of growing resources. Monetizing the Time of Your Life is well-structured, very practical, and inspires a realistic, “can do” optimism. The logic, the depth and scope of the author’s guidance demonstrate wide-ranging knowledge and skill.

Readers who have cross-sector experience in business, government, and nonprofits will appreciate how the book’s content applies well beyond developing a business. It focuses on developing the highest potential and well-being of individuals and those that they work with. Since families and extended families are also organizations, they can learn and benefit from the time—tested principles and practices in business.

The author begins by coaching readers to clarify “their big picture” and write a vision statement that embraces their entire life, their roles in life, and imagine a work-life balance that results in personal well-being, and the well-being of those who are important to them.

Those elements of a vision statement help to correct what the behavioral sciences recognize in their research of “affective forecasting,” which is that adults do very poorly predicting and imagining the events that will make them happy in the future. They are events like which career to invest in, whom to marry, which city to live in, or winning the lottery.

I say simply brilliant because Don takes all of the concepts and complexity about starting and/or running a business - or just having an idea, and breaks it down into a step by step guide to making it reality.
