updated: without a disassembly, inspection and rework, this item is dangerous! Not fit for use for consumable beverages. Received today, came without instructions on how to set it up. Need a hose diagram. Unit is extremely dirty and will need to be completely disassembled and cleaned. Geometry of the raising / lowering handle is stupid, will make a longer intermediate link so handle can be towards the user.
