Victor is one really sick bad guy who is still after Amelia and trying to figure out what he can get away with doing to her and still fulfill his order to capture her and turn her over unharmed. And it turns out that not only was there a mole in the police department, but someone close to Raphael tipped off Tag as to what Raphael did on the day his wife and Tag's sons died. I can't wait for the final book to get all of the missing answers.
