Several different ideas have been picked and fit together into a practical read, which I considered a bit oversimplified. All six chapters summarize and refer to other publications which are well-known. However, it is super helpful for people not dealing with strategic thinking regularly. What I missed were recommendations on how to apply the theories with teams and to align teams.
