This book contained useful information for treating my back pain.
This book also gave me ideas for removing things that would hurt me.
The things we take for granted. You have to put your self higher on the list.
Take care of yourself first then others!

No BLT (Bending, Lifting or Twisting!) - this book is a great reminder for those that have injured their backs and diagnosed with osteoporosis. It helps me remember the basic training I received through Physical Therapy. I also love their videos on YouTube for exercises. These guys keep it straight and simple, just the way I like it! Great Book :)

Easy to follow instructions with pictures to reinforce your understanding of the instructions. Not only are the instructioms clear, but explanation of why we have back pain is invaluable.

I am so happy to have found it!

This is great advice and is written in a very easy to understand way. The explanation of the danger of the "C" position really helped me understand how to protect my back more than many rounds of physical therapy with a variety of therapists. Thank you for offering it free too.

Pretty good discussion on the source of back pain. If we practice better forms of movement back pain can be reduced and possibly healed. Sitting has been the breaker for me. But now I can practice some of the strategies and hopefully soon I'll be able to say goodbye to this debilitating experience. I love Bob and Brad. You videos have helped a great deal. Thanks guys 👍

Not a bad read but not much info was there. The same thing was repeated over and over and not much was included to resolve the problem. Overall a decent bit of info but could have been so much better.

As a physical therapist for over 45 yrs I agree strongly with the principles here. There are others also, not mentioned but of course they said simple. Simple is the key. Start simple. Also recommend using this book in conjunction with physical therapy or osteopathic treatments. I will be passing it to my patients.

Great book very informative, clearly and concisely written. Helped me to refresh and correct my posture when doing housework and in particular driving, and stopped taking medication for pain relief
