Bought 2 last year, 2022 during a Black Friday sale. Gave them as Christmas gifts for a 14 and 10 yr old. They were identical and the kids shared them both. After 3 days one had a very hard time charging. After 7 days it would say it was charged but would stop and go as if a wire has a loose connection while in use. Was hoping for an exchange, but only a return with money back was given.Fast forward to Black Friday 2023. The existing hoverboard that is now a year old has been amazing. My kids use it all the time. We have had no issues so ordered another one. Shipping was suppose to take 15-28 days. Got it in 4 instead. Super pleased. However the side hub cap plastic piece was half in, half out. The plastic sides are broken in many places. That specific wheel is super hard to turn. Unfortunately a replacement doesn't seem to be an option. Just a refund. Oh how we wish we could get a replica of our existing one. It's been amazing this year. Just can't seem.to get another one. Not sure I want to spend an additional $70 for normal pricing on a 3rd hoverboard.

Got this hover board for my son on his eighth birthday. Like stated in the title made the best parents list. It has a charger the is away to plug in and it isn’t the size of a laptop charger slightly larger than a cellphone charger. It goes pretty fast with a child that weighs 65lbs on it or for those outside the US about 32KG. He was able to ride it for about an hour on it taking it easy. It is easy to throw in the car and go on a cement adventure and he couldn’t have been happier with it, though he did want one with speakers built in this unit doesn’t. The wheels do light up and has indicators built in. This was a good design choice because who really knows which direction kids are going to go. This at least gives people around a slight idea. Fun for kids but for you faint hearted don’t forget to get safety equipment.

Inside house is working perfectly but as soon as my son goes outside the autobalance is failing and shutting off constantly. I have been reseting hundred times and it turns to fail.
