FINDING NEVER EXCERPT:
“Before you say whatever it is that you're going to say, can I show you something?” he asks as the fog of his breath tangles and dances with mine in the crisp winter air.
“Ty, you don't – ”
He cuts me off.
“Please.” He says the word like it's a question, but it's not. He's not asking my permission. Ty is telling me that he's going to show me whether I like it or not, so I better be ready for it. “I need to show you how much you rock my f*cking world.” And then Ty is kissing me hot and hungry, down my neck and back up again. He's biting my lip and making me bleed, brushing his lips across the beating pulse in my neck, the one that throbs like crazy when he's around.
“Ty, stop,” I say because we're on a playground for God's sake, but he doesn't. He doesn't stop. He adjusts my wrists so that he's holding them with one hand, and although I probably could fight him if I wanted to, I don't. I don't want him to stop, not now, not ever.

About the author
C.M. Stunich is a self-admitted bibliophile with a love for exotic teas and a whole host of characters who live full time inside the strange, swirling vortex of her thoughts. Some folks might call this crazy, but Caitlin Morgan doesn't mind – especially considering she has to write biographies in the third person. Oh, and half the host of characters in her head are searing hot bad boys with dirty mouths and skillful hands (among other things). If being crazy means hanging out with them everyday, C.M. has decided to have herself committed.
She hates tapioca pudding, loves to binge on cheesy horror movies, and is a slave to many cats. When she's not vacuuming fur off of her couch, C.M. can be found with her nose buried in a book or her eyes glued to a computer screen. She's the author of over thirty novels – romance, new adult, fantasy, and young adult included. Please, come and join her inside her crazy. There's a heck of a lot to do there.
Oh, and Caitlin loves to chat (incessantly), so feel free to e-mail her, send her a Facebook message, or put up smoke signals. She's already looking forward to it.

'The crickets mark the passing of time with gentle chirps, letting us know that no matter what is happening to us, the world is still spinning whether we like it or not.
I want to start by telling you I highlighted 90 separate passages during this 206page book. Hopefully that tells you that it was choc-a-block full of lines worthy of re-reading & remembering, and that I heart the beejeezus out of this baby. I will even go on to say this series has officially made it to the Colleen Hoover, Katja Millay & JA Redmerski levels of the books that changed my soul. Never's books incited the same breathless feeling I had reading them, the same overwhelming intense feeling that had my heart pounding in my throat, tears streaming down my face and a character or sentence that taught me a life lesson, & made me look deeper into myself.
"Relationships can't be measured with a clock or a calendar, Never. It's about getting each other. You get me, and I get you..."
Never & Ty are 2 characters that are two halves of one. I truly believe that, and although I would love to add him to my harem of book boyfriends, I know unreservedly that he is Nevers. Forever & ever. They aren't perfect characters. Nuh-uh. They are flawed and have deep issues they are/will work through, but they ARE perfect for each other. Ok, ok, Ty is pretty freaking perfect. I can't find a fault so far. K
'Ty hears it though, and somehow I get this feeling that he will always hear it. A whisper, a scream, no matter what I say, Ty will hear me.
I can't tell you what it is about Ms Stunich's writing, but it's as if it sings to me. Every line in this book was poetic and meaningful to me. Not smash my own head into my desk sickly sweet or put my eyes out of their bleeding misery annoying, but 100% authentic, real life emotions, and how that emotion is managed seemed genuine. The descriptions aren't so long and painful and make me want to glaze over, they grab me and pull me in and imagine I can see the picture that's been created for me.
"When I'm with you, Never, I feel like somebody who can do something, who means something, okay? So listen, I don't know how you're going to find Noah Scott or if he already knows you're coming or hell, if you've been having cybersex with him for five years, and I don't give a s****. What I do know is that I love you, and that I want you to find yourself and come back to me. You do what you need to do, Never, and I'll be here waiting for you when you're done."
The parts of Ty's past that was exposed made me gasp, the family's reunions & many drama filled pages made me cry and yep, there were even bits that had me laughing out loud. It was over far too quickly for me and I'm anxiously wishing away the days until next moth when Keeping Never is out and I can get my answers, and my fill of Ty & Never...
'Ty slides his arms around me and just holds us in this space between now and forever, this warm bit of bliss that has no name, that exists solely for the two of us.'
I did not like this book as much as the first, Tasting Never. I'm not sure why though. Maybe I just didn't connect with the story. Maybe I wanted more dialogue. Maybe I just got frustrated with Never. She wanted to find some peace yet she let certain things drag on and on. In fact she really didn't resolve one of her issues she just let it go until circumstances forced a resolution. That bugged me. I wanted to see more maturity from her. I wanted to see more growth.
I loved meeting the sisters. Each one different and engaging. Each a product of their environment. Thank goodness for Beth. I think things would have been so much different if Never had just kept in touch with Beth. Being her older sister, Beth took on more of a mother role to Never. I really felt that connection more then with some of the sisters.
I still like Ty's character. He's so sweet and loving and sexy. I can't wait to read more about him and where he comes from. He's so in love with Never and I just hope she can be what he needs when it comes down to it. I think she has so much more growing to do before she can get to where he is.
I actually teared up with way things worked out with Noah. I felt so much for him. I liked him a lot and I was very disappointed with the way Never let things go between the two of them. He seemed like such a nice guy. There really wasn't anything wrong with him and that made it harder to let go of him.
Then there is her mother. I hope we get to see some resolution there too. Obviously, there are some things that need to be dealt with and I didn't like how it was just glossed over. I mean come on her ex murdered one of her children's father. Do we not report the man?
There just seemed to be no firm conclusions on any front for me. I wanted to see more healing for all the sisters. I wanted an hea for each of them. I feel like there definitely more story there for Zella. I would like to see Jade come around more.
Then the ending....sigh....I really wish she would have told him what was going on. That's all I can say on that matter. You have to read it to understand.
All in all I gave it 4 stars because the story is good. It's deep and reflective and it gives you hope that maybe Never and Ty can have a HEA at some point.

We’re heading home to Never’s family in this instalment and with Never anxiously wondering how her family will react to her surprise visit, it’s a heart-wrenching read for us readers. As her insides twist and turn, there is one strong arm around her protecting and supporting her, and that belongs to Ty. He has fallen hard for Never and needs her to accept his feelings for her before it’s too late. Before she sees Noah again.
The journey home is a long one but with Ty at her side, Never slowly starts to accept him and his feelings for her and opens herself to allow his aura into her soul. Knowing Noah is still in her heart though, or at least Never Regali’s heart, Never is torn over who to choose. Can she go back to the girl she once was in the arms of Noah or does she accept that her past has changed her into who Ty knows and loves, Never Ross.
Arriving home is a mixed experience for Never. Personally, I think CM Stunich handled the storyline perfectly as Never’s sisters see her for the first time since they spurned her after her father was killed. All but one sister is happy to see Never but Jade has been hurt; physically and emotionally, and blames Never for turning her back on the family. Despite this, Jade and Never, with Ty’s help, start to talk once again and soon Jade accepts Never back into her life. There is still one person hardened to her reappearance though that is Never’s mother. Mother in name alone, she has allowed her daughters to raise themselves and despite Never’s return home, she is not willing to accept her daughter back into her life, or is she?
I love the balance of this story. It is sweet but at the same time holds a sadness which penetrates your heart and squeezes it without remorse. I’m not sure what I was expecting from this story but it is brilliant in the way it takes you on a journey of denial, acceptance and love as Never and Ty work together to save themselves from their perceived future of damnation and take small steps towards a hope of living a happy live, together.
As expected though, there is a small hurdle towards the end of the story that Never and Ty must overcome but together they can face anything, surely!
can't wait for book three - I'm assuming we'll learn more of Ty's past then.
This is the second book in the Never Say Never trilogy. I LOVED it!
Never Ross is a fantastic character! I loved her feisty-ness from when I first met her in Tasting Never. She has a vulnerability about her that really made me care for her. She would probably tell me to get lost (in no uncertain terms!), but I think I could be friends with her. She has a penchant for swearing, which I don't really care for, but it makes her character seem more real. She also has an addiction to sex.
Ty McCabe is a bit of a bad boy and he is very sexy! He is also a fantastic character! I loved his ability to break through Never's shell. They make a fantastic couple!
This book is fantastic! I was gripped from the first page, and struggled to put it down! The story had me on a rollercoaster of emotion! I have never been estranged from my family, but I could feel Never's pain as she faced her family for the first time in over five years. I loved meeting her sisters, but her mother is a piece of work! I wanted to slap her, and I'm not normally a violent person!
I also loved meeting Noah Scott, Never's ex-boyfriend. He's a wonderful character, but I don't think that Never would have stayed with him, even without the drama which caused Never to leave in the first place. However, it is the intensity of the emotion between Never and Ty that kept me hooked! Their love is very deep and intense; they are both very passionate people! I am now looking forward to reading the concluding part of the story in Keeping Never.
C.M. Stunich has written an amazing series! Her characters are very life like and likeable! I have added this author to my favourite authors list, and I am looking forward to reading more of her books in the future.
Due to scenes of a sensual nature, plus the use of bad language, I do not recommend this book (or series) to younger readers. However, if you are looking for a fantastic New Adult romance series, then I HIGHLY recommend this one! - Lynn Worton
