You think it's safe to walk alone at night. It's not.

You think the only threat is other humans. It's not.

Monsters are real. Demons are real. Vampires are real.

And I'm about to become one of them.

My name is Arianna Spero. I was an ordinary girl, living an ordinary life, until my mother lapsed into a coma. Now, I am her only hope. She made a deal with the devil, and on my 18th birthday he came to collect. But there's a way to save her. There's something the princes of hell want more than my mother.

Me.

So I signed my soul away and promised to pick a prince to marry. I would take the blood oath, become one of them, and give them an heir. I would become a princess of hell, and my mother would live.

I expected fire and brimstone. I expected pain and misery. I didn't expect beauty. I didn't expect magic.

I didn't expect love.

But the princes are keeping secrets from me.

Secrets that could shatter everything.

Holy Cow, I couldn’t put this book down. It was addicting. It is a mix of A Shade of Vampire + The Goddess Test + Outlander/Stardust. Crazy! It was so good. I mean there was some stuff I was unsure about, but the overall concept what interesting and sucks you in. You will be up all night reading this book. This book has everything you could ask for in a YA/NA paranormal.

On Arianna’s 18th birthday, everything changes. The life she built with her mom – living pay-check-to-pay-check – is hanging by a thin thread. The only way to save her mom from eternal turmoil is to sign over her own soul to the Princes of Hell. Seven brothers all vampires, all living in a constant curse of medieval times. They are trapped and Arianna is the one to choose the next King. The deal, stay with each of the seven princes for one month then choose who she will marry. From that point she will then become queen of hell and her mother will be set free.

There were so many different books that this story reminded me of.
So here are the comparisons.

A Shade of Vampire by Bella Forest - Vampire Prince, living in a trap dimension) Isolated and captured from her normal life.

The Goddess Test by Aimee Carter – Must spend a specific amount of time in Hell. Does all this to save her mother. Must deal with the seven deadly sins. Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Laziness, Wrath, Envy & Pride.

Throw in some Outlander and Stardust movies and you got your self this book.

No joke, if you have read/watched any of the above books/shows and enjoyed it, then you will LOVE this book.
Each Princes fall into one of these categories: Pride, Wrath/War, Laziness, Envy, Greed, Gluttony, & Lost.

There were times I wanted to beat one of the seven brothers over the head. There were moments I didn’t understand Arianna’s motivation behind a choice she made, but those few things total can be over seen.

I think this book is totally up the paranormal alley. Note: It leaves you on a Cliff Hanger! I am so pissed. I wish I knew. This is the first book and it just came out. Don't fret hope is not lost. The authors have announced that book 2 will be out at the end of this month. Let us keep our fingers crossed!!!!!!

Some of my favorite things about this book that makes it different than others.

The best friend is a transgender girl, and her boyfriend/life partner is this sweet guy who totally understands the weird super natural stuff. I think that is no common enough in books. I believe that books that are extremely versatile are amazing. They allow the readers to see into our real world from another person’s eyes.

Our lead guy isn’t good but isn’t bad. He is your bad boy, but compared to his brothers he honestly doesn’t have negative motives.

Ari, is Kick-Ass! I mean totally love that she didn’t allow the guys to push her around. She made all her own choices, but that didn’t mean they were always wise. I love the choice of outfit she choose to wear. It a corset, black cape, and tight leather pants. BAM!

The writing is really good. I never got bored. There were some parts that I did think carried on a little, but it didn’t ruin the overall story.

It is mature, because they talk about sex, and drinking. Our protagonist gets sexually assault. Our male protagonist has secrets that we are not sure about. This book keeps you on your toes.

So the question you are all asking.
SHOULD YOU READ THIS BOOK!?
HECK YA!
Please do, and come back and tell me what you think.
I mean we are going to have to start speculating on the second book and what may or may not happen! I can’t wait.

Wow I really liked this book. Well written fast moving and interesting with a really good plot. Also very interesting take on vampires and demons. I can't wait to read the next book and yes there is a next book. I really enjoyed how well written the protagonist's were. No we don't know everything about them yet but enough to get a good feel that you know her and Fen well enough although Fen is still a bit of a mystery we at least get to know him a bit. And we also get to know who we really don't like so far but I'm sure some of both will change as we find out who are the conifers and liers and who may also be the good guys. Enough people here to keep you Guessing. I do hope we get to see more of her friends back home and they get to have more of a part in the story too.
I liked how there are more hidden worlds here and how they traveled from each one was very interesting to me. I can't wait to find out more. We do find out there is magic but not how it works yet and I hope its not just we have magic and no explanations as to how it works.
Anyways good book, fast read and I'll be waiting with baited breath for book two. I suspect there will be more as involved as this story is. I could see a good four or five books out of it.

Vampire Girl is not your typical vampire book. Karpov Kinrade (two authors) are geniuses. This book was written well and the plot was amazing. I fell in love with the world they built and OMG Fen!

This book had built amazing worlds with in worlds and the background story was very unique. I never expected the story that I got. The characters that we got to know were interesting and I loved seeing how they interacted with each other and can't wait to see how they develop even more.

So let's get to it, Arianna (a.k.a. Ari) is a protagonist in the story and I love her. She is kind, a hard worker, sweet, smart and a total smart-aleck. She doesn't let things happen to her, she tries to take control of things that involve her and she has her own opinions about things and she tries to make things right for people. She forces herself out of her comfort zone at times, she doesn't readily believe people and she thinks things through.

Enter one of seven love interest (really it's less than that but you have to have read it to know that). Ladies let me introduce you to Fenris Vane (a.k.a Fen). He is one of the most eligible bachelors in Hell and he is on fire. Fen is tall, dark, handsome, has a British-like accent and is an immortal vampire with a kind heart and strong body (do you hear me swooning). I know Ari has to chose one and she has to consider all of them but by vote is for Fen, he is the slightly damaged prince who is really good underneath it all. Fen has a couple of chapters and I loved hearing from him, kinda wish we heard (read) a little more from him.

Vampire Girl had action (think sword-play), romance (Fenris Vane!), death (a few people get it), deals with devils (or shall I same demons), a betrayal (yeah, figures it was him), and plot twists you didn't see coming (I know I didn't). The ending was unbelievable and now I need the second book, Midnight Star, right this very second. I have to know what the hell is happening, how certain things came to be and of course I need more Fen. I will be getting my hands on the second book as soon as I can. Even if you don't like vampires you have to give this one a try.

Wow. Everything about this author and book are amazing. Set in a world of it's own, the creativity of this storyline is inspiring. The characters are well rounded and dialogue is smart. I'm all but jumping on the next in this series immediately!

I read the blurb and the story intrigued me. Not the usual type of Vampire story, I prefer mine with more bite, shall we say. But, I was intrigued. The story is about a girl, her mother, and a world of demons, fae and others. We start with Ari, the life she leads, where she works, and why. Ari's mum, introduce a couple of hot guys and wow, we have a reason for this book and why it has to be read from the beginning. It opens a world Ari never knew existed but was about to be thrust into. Seven Vampires, seven realms they rule. A contract signed in blood binding her to this other world and its demons. The first book introduces us to her and the Vampires. Its a short book which leads into the next. It was good, I enjoyed it, I bought the next book to continue the story. Do I recommend it, yes I do. You want to know the middle and the end, buy the books and read her story, you wont be disappointed I assure you. A*************** Highly recommend if you like a Vampire story with a twist

I'm very glad that this was free because I'd be so angry if I had paid for this. I know she's a teenager but just too dumb for me. Very much a young adult story with overtures of older fairy tales. This will seem slightly silly to older readers.
