Stephen King is the author of more than fifty books, all of them worldwide bestsellers. His first crime thriller featuring Bill Hodges, MR MERCEDES, won the Edgar Award for best novel and was shortlisted for the CWA Gold Dagger Award. Both MR MERCEDES and END OF WATCH received the Goodreads Choice Award for the Best Mystery and Thriller of 2014 and 2016 respectively.

King co-wrote the bestselling novel Sleeping Beauties with his son Owen King, and many of King's books have been turned into celebrated films and television series including The Shawshank Redemption, Gerald's Game and It.

King was the recipient of America's prestigious 2014 National Medal of Arts and the 2003 National Book Foundation Medal for distinguished contribution to American Letters. In 2007 he also won the Grand Master Award from the Mystery Writers of America. He lives with his wife Tabitha King in Maine.

Book Not Like Advertised- Not Close!!!
This book arrived today. Terribly disappointed. The spine is in horrible condition though advertised as good. The inside was dirty and stained. The cover shown in the picture was not on it. This was going to be a present to my nephew who loves Steven King but it is in such used and poor condition I may not even gift it. If they open it to often the cover will fall off. I understand the book would have wear but not like this and the packaging could have definitely been better.

At the risk of repeating myself, it's Stephen King and I'm a Constant Reader so..... Just another masterpiece for my bookshelf! But I do have to say that I particularly enjoyed this one because much of it was told THRU THE EYES OF CUJO. So it explained how he was feeling when he started to get sick - the ringing in his head, the fever, why he wanted to attack his humans even tho he loved them. I consider this one of his best.

In der Hoffnung ein gutes Stephen King Buch zu finden, suchte ich auf Amazon nach Cujo.
Froh ein gebrauchtes für wenig Geld gefunden zu haben bestellte ich es, jedoch war es als es bei mir ankam nicht wie erwartet auf Deutsch, sondern in englischer Sprache verfasst, zeigte trotz der Zustandsbeschreibung "Gut" ziemlich viele verknickte und vergilbte Seiten auf und kam später, als die Versandsmethode es angezeigt hatte.
Musste mir nun leider nochmal die Deutsche ausgabe kaufen und konnte dieses Buch nicht so gut lesen.
Die Story die in "Cujo" erzählt wird ist sehr spannend und zu empfehlen.
