Our favorite former nanny is off on another bizarre adventure, with Murphy's Law in full effect. She might have saved herself some misery by being a little more assertive, but that wouldn't have made much difference to the magical rutabagas. Naturally, there's an evil magic-maker involved, plus lots of complications caused by Bree, the mouse mage. And cats, lots of cats. Bakke's works are always imaginative and entertaining.
