Dragon Prince Kindle Edition

4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars 203 ratings

I'm a survivor. All of us who were abducted as children from earth are...or at least those of us who are still alive.

When my best friend's ship crashes into a prehistoric jungle planet, I do what I do best: I survive. And I protect and train the only other survivor from the crash—young half-dragon, half-human child.

For five years, we've hunted gigantic beasts and scavenged man-eating plants. Then, an imperial ship crashes, and we're no longer alone.

This dragon prince warrior is used to women falling at his feet. With a body like that, I can't blame them, but I have more important things on my mind than getting it on with a huge, muscular, alpha alien. If he thinks there's going to be anything between us other than a shaky truce until we escape this lethal planet, he's got another thing coming.

I've never worn a collar. I refuse to be any royal dragon's slave, and I'd rather die than be one of their “mates.” I'm fighting for my freedom, nothing else.

But when a slaver ship crashes, we're no longer just fighting for our lives. It will take all my strength and guile to fend them off and protect the little girl I've come to love as if she were my own daughter.

The dragon prince has sworn to help, but his power comes with a price. He doesn't want a truce.

He wants me.

I liked the story. Some things do not make sense and should probably be edited for correction. Like, I understand the dragons only being fertile 4 times a year... But, Kara is human. She should be fertile monthly. Yet in the book, she only becomes fertile close to the end... That's after 6 months of fcking, like what?!😂 Also, at the end it's mentioned that the nephew was the twin sister's son. A few pages later when same said Sister gives her husband a gift with a engraved picture of the family. The family went from now being 4, back down to 3...what?!😂

Not sure where the main characters went? They disappeared in the last pages and another couple ended the book! It was enjoyable up to then. Is there a sequel coming? Would have been great to know what happened. Not sure I will read anything else from this author if there is no ending to the story. Book was enjoyable until the end.

I loved this book. Outside to the usually grammar and punctuation errors, the story flowed very well. The characters showed development and the humor was smart. The Hero wasn’t an ass and the Heroine was a weak pushover. Nor was she an unreasonably angry, obnoxious woman. Kudos to the author work creating an interesting world without relying too much on stereotypes. My only gripe was the epilogue, although I did appreciate it, I wish there was one for the H/h and maybe the other couple.

All in all I’d give this a 10/10 would purchase again.

I usually don't read sci-fi romance novels, even though I am a sci fi geek (love me some Star Trek) but it was something about the cover that drew me in. I REALLY ENJOYED THIS BOOK. It had everything. Romance, Action, Mystery, and some very Funny LOL scenes. It was very entertaining and the sex was hott. The only let down was the end (last chapter) it left you hanging a bit - wondering what will happen next. The epilogue gave a nice in sight to Hera (the sister) and her husband, Longarn. i just wished the author would have added a little more closure to the main characters (Kaldor and Kara). If so I would have given it 4.5 or 5 stars. Oh, a few grammatical errors, but not much to throw the book off. Maybe there is a Part 2? Buy the book, you won't be sorry.

I love how the main characters met and came together and fell in love. I wish there was a second book about how they created their own planet or moon or whatever. That would be awesome.

I could not put this book down! It’s been in my kindle library for awhile and I finally got to reading it and it did not disappoint. It’s all about love, family, and alpha males. I definitely recommend it and can’t wait to see what other books Stella dawn has! Go ahead now and read it what are you waiting for?!

From the title and rating you know that I thoroughly enjoyed this novel. I could hardly wait to get home to continue it. It had the right amount of strange to make it different without seeming totally unreadable. I look forward to reading more of her books. Be warned, there are a few grammatical errors. That was the only thing that kept it from 5 stars

Book in itself was ok, a little to repetitive and needed a little more detail at time instead of skimming some part. And the end ... what kind of ending is that! Is there another book??
