Reading this I felt like someone who was a beginner and knew nothing about natural health and then went and copy and pasted the answer to each question from google. Would not recommend. This should have been a $1 e-book.

This book felt really positive and encouraging, especially for someone new to the vegan world. It really helps your motivation to make positive changes. There’s a great variety of ideas and tips, taken in a friendly step by step way each day. The only slight thing was the introduction to each day got a bit repetitive and so felt less genuine as the days went on.
The video interview was a great addition - maybe there could be even more videos with other experts.
