Cable Denning is a private detective who gets cases that are not always simple but complex. He is a ladies man which at times unduly complicate his life. The cases presented in this novel are not typical even for him. He meets aliens that are from outer space. Why? The cases that at first seem safe become death defying at times. The adventures Cable has kept me involved wondering what was going to happen next. This author’s writing reminded me of the earlier mystery books. I’m so glad I got to read this!
