This is a fun and helpful book. I enjoy the visual process that shows first the final product, then the steps to obtain it. There are also a few recipes that seem good and easy to make; I made the flat bread crackers and they came out well. As a total beginner (photo attached to prove it!) I would have liked a section in which we are shown how to actually slice the cheeses and fold the meats, as they appear in the photos. Also, and personally, I could have done without the photo of the author kneeling in front of a bunch of cheese. All in all, a good book with plenty of ideas to create scrumptious platters to enjoy with family and friends.

I have purchased a few different books and held to assemble Cheeseboards. This is the first one that gave instruction regarding planning and assembling the cheeseboard

It also gives great ideas for cheeseboards as well as recipes
I finally know how to assemble a charcuterie

Although a huge fan of charcuterie, I had doubts about an entire book devoted to it. The author changed my mind and proved her worth by providing clever photographic diagrams that demonstrate how to build out boards step by step. She offers a variety of boards for myriad occasions from casual to elegant, and the book is just the right size for picking up and flipping through. All in all, I love it!

The author shares the must know before you start your plate and an easy to follow method to construct different charcuterie presentations. I love it!

I love this book! I bought it as a gift for a friend, then came back to buy myself a copy. The range of cheese plates is excellent - from feeding a couple to feeding a crowd. It includes some for meat-free, even dairy-free, some with lots of fresh fruit, some with dried fruit, every season... There's a list of what to buy and a diagram of how to build each plate. It makes it SO simple to create something really delicious and visually stunning. A wonderful gift for a friend AND a gift to yourself.

It was a gift and she was so thrilled to see it come with the board (gift as well) she brings it in for potluck days at the office. Now everyone in the office wants one too. (wacky wifes)

I had never made a charcuterie board and needed 2 or 3 boards for a party. This book really helped to guide me through the process and provided great suggestions for cheeses, meats, and accompaniments. I only wish that on the diagrams, the author would have identified the cheeses that were shown in the pictures to match the diagram, otherwise, it's a great resource!
