Tameka Chapman was born and raised in a very small town of Louisiana. As a young child, she loved to read as it fed her imagination of what the world was like. Because of this love, she purchased her first set of encyclopedias at a yard sale at the age of eight and read every book shortly thereafter. This prompted her ability to be as creative as she could because she had now witnessed that the world had so much more to offer.

As a woman who endured 18 years of infertility to now having the family of her dreams, Tameka who knows what it means to persevere for your life goals. After 18 years of crying, trying, praying, and persevering through her own infertility journey, she finally manifested her life goal of becoming a mother and gave birth to two beautiful children.

Tameka realized that the same level of perseverance she implemented in her journey towards her life goal was needed by women globally who want to achieve their own life goals and, thus, she launched her company, Women Persevering for Greatness, Inc.

In her company, she provides tools and strategies to help women develop the skills, determination, confidence, commitment and mindset shift needed to achieve their goals that sometimes seem unattainable. She walks women through the process of overcoming self-doubt, fear, and self-limiting beliefs so they can become fully equipped to persevere in pursuing the life they deserve to live.
