I LOVED it. The writing was tight, the characters fully developed, and the action non-stop. The four boys are all hot as hell, which is to be expected, and Rogue is a kick-butt chick in the making.
What I loved about this novella is that it sets up the stage for the novel perfectly. Everyone is young and innocent - virgins, in fact. All four boys have always been in love with Rogue, but she has never even noticed. The air of waning childhood was executed beautifully, as was the climax of the novella that shoved all five of them over the cliff and into adulthood overnight.
This book takes place 10 years prior to Sinner’s Playground and is critical to the full arc of the story. So don’t wait. Go read it today!

The writing, the characters and the storyline are exceptional. This introduction to the new characters, Rogue, Fox, Maverick, Chase & JJ, provides a clear & in-depth view on who they are, what makes them tick & why they make the choices they do.
Rogue is already a badass at 16. She trusts her Harlequin boys with her life, explicitly. For her, their fates are intertwined & she’s never letting them go. But in the end, that choice may not fall on her.Fox, Maverick, Chase & JJ all unquestionably love Rogue & are fiercely protective and possessive of her. Each of the guys are varied in their personalities, but they fit together as one cohesive crew. Fox is the self appointed leader, Maverick the bad boy, second-in-command, with a heart of gold. Chase is quiet & brooding, and then there’s JJ, he sweet, funny & eager one.The Harlequin Crew series is going to rival all their previous ones.
