I hate having to think of a title, because it is hard to put all of the emotions you feel when you end a book into a title. this story has lots of different emotions it'll make you laugh it made me cry it made me good cry it definitely had a lot of emotion and it was special I think because we all feel awkward and not good enough and the story definitely had moments of both those things that made it feel special I highly recommend it was a great story.

I will admit that the FMC was not my favorite in the beginning. Her ticks were a bit much for me, especially since her dad had her in therapy the minute her mom left. She grew on me though. I saw her through the MMC's eyes and loved her by the end.
That is great writing. Being able to see and believe the arc. The characters are so real, relatable, and flawed. It's such refreshing writing.
I loved this story. The trope was nothing new, but the characters were odd and made the story very entertaining.

It really is a cute sweet story. But I do hate that all their true issues, that they honestly need therapy for, were just glossed over. Yes, appreciate people for who they are. Do not expect them to change, but dang some healthy coping mechanisms go a long way. The idea of "I'm loved, so I'm all good now" don't really work. I really did like the story. But I don't like the concept that another person loving and accepting you makes all other issues disappear.

I finished this book in basically on sitting. (I read till 4 in the morning and had to continue 3 hours later, it’s really good)

I love how Melanie Harlow is able to portrait all these fundamentally different characters so convincingly all the while keeping them likable.
It’s a true talent.

Hutton and Felicity are such nervous anxious messes and they overthink EVERYTHING.
I‘m really annoyed by this type of people, as I tend to be one of them, and have little patience for this never ending jungle of muddled thoughts.
But in the book it was handled really well. You understand where the two are coming from, they have the cutest and most wonderful friendship to begin with and develop into a caring, sweet and sometimes also hot relationship.
Both are really thoughtful and respectful and I was gushing at the end of it.

Read it, it’s a wonderfully written happy ever after story with a little spice to keep you on your toes. :)
