Sarah is also known as an editor and has produced six charity anthologies featuring hundreds of different authors. So you might say that typically, words are her thing. However, she’s a literary events organiser too, the founder of "Authors at the Armouries" no less.

What you can always be sure of from a Sarah Michelle Lynch novel is that there will be strong, complex characters, dynamics you never saw coming, a lot of curveballs along the way - not to mention sights, sounds and scents that truly transport you to another place. Born in Leeds, currently living in Huddersfield, Paula Acton decided, when she turned forty, to stop dreaming about writing and do it. While she enjoys experimenting with genre, each story is created in the grey areas where there is no black and white, no definitive good and evil.

In her home life she divides her time between children, grandchildren and pets. Her hobbies include reading, making a mess with resin, and going to visit the horse she recently rehomed to a riding school.

M. B. Feeney is an army brat who finally settled down in Birmingham, UK with her other half, two kids and a dog.
