This book absolutely stole my heart! I love rom coms, and this definitely did not disappoint. The storyline was captivating and realistic. Jessica Gregory has a writing style where she just pulls you in and captivates you. The attention to detail is spot on. You feel the characters' emotions and that you are in the story. That is what I look for in a good book. I love all the characters.
I love Vivian. She is smart, funny, independent, opinionated, stubborn, and driven. She is also a Starbucks girl, which is major props.
Bryce is such a good guy with a heart of gold. He is also stubborn and a workaholic.
Bryce and Vivian are pretty much the perfect couple. I wanted to smack them a few times, though, for the situations that they let tare them apart. Both had issues they needed to work on before they could come together and figure things out.
This book also makes you realize that communication is key. It is a problem throughout the story. Also, do not just make assumptions without talking to each other first.
This was my first book by Jessica Gregory and will not be my last. I look foward to continuing the series.
