• You don’t need to do cardio until the cows come home. They’re not coming home.
What the Celebrities say…
“Working with Tony is like jumping into the arms of your favorite aunt. Except it's not. At all. I mean, his methods work. But it's not like that at all.” - Jane Lynch (Glee)
“I confess to being a full-blown ‘gymophobe.’ (I still have flashbacks of my mean fourth-grade gym teacher!) Tony actually makes the gym panic-attack free.” - Tom Kenny (Voice of Spongebob)
“You can argue with Tony, or you can do what he says and buy smaller jeans.” - Kari Wahlgren (Voice of Tigress, Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness)
“So you know that moment when you are just finishing a hard workout with Tony and he says, ‘Alright, you warmed up? We can start now?’ and then he laughs... I hate that moment.” - Kayla Radomski (So You Think You Can Dance)
This book will help you understand…
• There is no diet that is right for every person. It’s never going to happen!
• Your unique “Bio-Individuality” can provide insights into the nutritional changes that could allow you to work WITH your body instead of against it.
• How to run simple tests on your physiology at home, using inexpensive tools you can pick up at just about any pharmacy or health food store.
• Once you discover the variety of reasons the body stores fat, you’ll begin to understand why so many people find it almost impossible to lose weight.
• How digestive symptoms can indicate an improperly functioning digestive system, and how digestive problems can restrict any type of weight loss effort.
• How to maximize digestion so you can actually pull the nutrients out of the food you’re eating.
Imagine gaining control over cravings, eating foods that you enjoy, and actually feeling great after each meal. You can do all of these things once you maximize digestion and adjust your diet in a manner that works with your specific body chemistry.
Once you read this book, the light will go on and all of your previous diet failures will make total sense. Don’t be surprised if you improve a whole lot more than just your waistline.

About the author

Like most natural health experts, T.C. Hale (aka Tony Hale) began his career in stand-up comedy. Touring professionally as a comic for nearly a decade, he never envisioned that he would one day teach the world how to sleep, poop, and even lose weight.
On Valentine’s Day, 2004, Tony lost his voice and it never came back. After twenty-three doctors couldn't figure out the problem, Tony decided it was time to dig for his own answers. Eight years later, not only did Tony figure out his own issues, he also happened upon hidden information about how to improve countless other health problems.
Though Tony likes to boast about the fact that he holds no legitimate credentials (nor does he believe that we need any more “experts” from the same pool of knowledge already failing so many with health issues), he is greatly respected by his peers in the natural health industry. The biggest manufacturers in the health, fitness and organic products industries send Tony their products every year in hopes of winning one of his GearAwards.
Beyond working with many celebrity clients, Tony is on the executive board of the Coalition For Health Education, a nonprofit association that helps professionals and their clients learn about health through nutrition. Additionally, Tony teaches monthly webinars about nutrition to doctors, nutritionists and other health care professionals from more than thirty-five countries.
You can also find Tony producing documentaries like, WHY AM I SO FAT? A film that teaches the truth about weight loss while showcasing Tony’s client, Gabe Evans, who lost 200 pounds in 9 ½ months by treating Tony’s word as gospel.
To learn more about Tony, visit www.KickItInTheNuts.com or read one of his books from his KICK IT IN THE NUTS series, or his DONE WITH THAT series.

T.C HALE
Review by Author Roy Murry
T. C. Hale takes a boring subject and gives it a little comic relief to keep the reader's attention. Unfortunately, the subject is still dull and complicated, but a person who wants to be healthy should read this Kindle free book.
I agree with him on a few ideas. One: stay away from processed foods and cook your meals when possible. I have been doing this most of my adult life. Two: Work out as best you can. A gym is not needed.
My mother, wife, or maid cooked when we had one for the rest of it. So, life has been good to me. I walk and play golf. You?
If life hasn't been that good, and you stop off at McDonald's four times a week plus others, I recommend the insights in this book. A meal of proper unprocessed food will go a long way to keeping your body healthy. And, a walk a day may keep the doctor away.
T.C. has put this well-written subject into a package some may like - a security blanket. However, if you don't need a blanket, the read will help you know what not to do when eating.
****UPDATE**** 06/11/2014... I have to admit the Beet Flow is expensive... but it really is not a permanent requirement. I am now off the supplements from the book.(as of this month) My own body is producing enough stomach acid such that I have no need for added HCL.... My skin is clear and I am still consuming from 3 to 6 tablespoons of coconut oil a day so I would have to say my bile is handling fats appropriately... But the best proof is in my body, my bowls, and my life. I am balanced in all areas most every day. I continue to take the mineral drops and keep a half gallon of water mixed at work to drink daily and a gallon for drinking at home. I experienced some weight gain after getting going (about 2 months in) but muscle weighs more than fat all day long!! I have lost 20 pounds over all which includes 3 inches from my waist and 2.5 inches from my hips!!! My journey will take some time. I have made life changes here and if I practiced a bit better portion control and added regular exercise I am sure I would be having more drastic weight loss.... But I like to eat!!! The difference is now I knock back mineral water and homemade kale chips rather than a bag of cheese curls and Mountain Dew!!!
I have always felt the one size fits all diet didn't make sense, just the differences in food intolerances and weights in my one house make it seem so obviously wrong. This book looks at digestion and chemical imbalances as causes for excess weight. Will it work? I don't know, because all though in Chapter 1 we are told to step away from our maple syrup/cayenne/lemon juice concoctions and just eat real food, in Chapter 3 we need.... supplements. 3 of them, 1 of them only available from 1 source. A quick check says they will cost $116 + whatever shipping is (wasn't entering my address to find out). It wan't real clear how long it would last, but, based off the book quantities, I estimate its a typical 30-45 day supply.
I'm not sorry I read the book, it was easy to read, not loaded with errors, but I'm not sure I would rate it worth $10.95, the information is available elsewhere. Ironically, I don't think any of the glowing reviewers have tested this theory either. None of them mentioned the supplements, or an improvement in the condition they are taken to treat, and only 1 of them even mentioned any weight loss at all.

Overall it gives a very good explanation of how the body processes the food we eat and how when the body is already busy dealing with removing toxins, things like stress can tip the gut off balance.

Bravo TC Hale, this book is so very useful. Your website is terrific too.
Could do better with a politer title.
